Easy-to-use time off management using TimeLive

With TimeLive Time off tracking, you will be able to manage time off schedules effectively, and ensure balances are accurate at all times. These are high level feature which will be available in time off tracking.

1. Employee Time Off Requests:
   • - New Time off Request option will allow employee to submit their time off request.
   • - All Time off types information with their available balances while submitted time off request.
   • - Remaining balances for each time off type they've been assigned
   • - Time off policies can be set up company-wide, or for individual employees.
2. Balances and Accruals
   •  - Exact balance amounts.
   •  - Accrual amounts to be earned over specific time periods (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.)
   •  - Scheduled resets to account for "use it or lose it" and "carry forward" policies
   •  - Overdraw limits to ensure employees do not exceed their allowed balances
3. Time Off Approvals
   •  - Create approval paths to include people at various levels within the organization.
   •  - Set up to four levels of approvals, to occur sequentially or all at once.
   •  - Tailor approval paths to individual users or specific groups

This release includes some major enhancements include new expense entry design and timesheet entry performance improvements.

1. (New) Major performance improvements in time entry.
2. (New) Expense Sheet Design: TimeLive new expense entry design allows users to submit their multiple expenses in single expense sheet. User can then submit those expense sheets for approval.
3. (New) Copy Expense Sheet: New copy expense sheet link in my expense sheet allows user to create a copy of already entered expense sheet.
4. (New) New Reports and report datasource: New time entry report has been added with name "Time Entry Period" for getting reports on period basis. A new datasource with name "Time Entry Period" has also been added.
5. (New) Expense sheet report: New expense sheet report allow user to see expense sheet based reports.
6. (New) Print Expense Sheet: New print expense sheet button allow user to print their expense sheet.
7. (New) Mileage rate for expense sheet: Administrator can set pre-defined mileage rate for reporting mileage based expenses in expense sheet from Admin Options-->Expenses. Administrator can also enable/disable editing of this mileage rate in expense sheet by user who is submitting expense sheet.
8. (New) Custom Reports now allow users to define headers, footers and title of report.
9. (New) New Preferences option name "Show Parent Task Name in Time Entry" which enable showing parent task name with task name in task dropdown in timesheet.
10. (Fixed) Issues related to multi-currency expenses in "Invoicing" has been fixed
11. (Fixed) Issues fixed related to multi language characters in reports.
